VendorBaju is a garment workshop in Bandung, Indonesia, producing custom apparel since 2013. We make t-shirts from scratch — you choose the fabric, fit, colour, print and labels — with a minimum order of only 24 pcs per design.

Fabrics
- Cotton combed — soft, breathable, best for clothing brands and premium tees. Common weights: 16s (thickest), 20s, 24s, 30s (lightest).
- Cotton carded — more economical, good for events and promotional tees.
- PE (polyester) — the most budget-friendly option for large volumes.

Printing & Finishing
- Plastisol — thick, durable and doesn't crack easily. Our choice for premium brand tees.
- DTF (Direct to Film) — full colour and fine detail.

- Acid wash — vintage washed look.
- Custom labels — woven neck labels and hang tags with your brand.

How to Order from Overseas
- Send your brief on WhatsApp — design files (AI, PDF or high-resolution PNG), fabric preference, quantity per size, and target delivery date.
- Receive a quote in IDR.
- Pay for the sample via Wise.
- Sample is produced (3–5 working days) and shipped to you.
- Approve or request a revision (1 revision is free when you proceed to bulk).
- Pay a 50% deposit — bulk production starts.
- Pay the balance, and we ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Australia or elsewhere.
We communicate in writing via WhatsApp or email, so every spec is documented on both sides.

FAQ
Do you ship to Singapore? Yes. We ship samples by express courier and bulk orders by courier or cargo. Shipping costs are calculated with your quote and paid by the buyer.
Can I use my own label and size chart? Yes. We can produce woven neck labels and hang tags with your brand, and follow your own size chart.
How do I pay from overseas? We quote in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International buyers usually pay via Wise.
Can I order a sample first? Yes. A sample costs 3× the unit price, paid upfront, and takes 3–5 working days. If you proceed to bulk with a 50% deposit, the first sample cost is deducted from your order.
Can I mix sizes in one design? Yes. Sizes can be mixed as long as the design and fabric colour are the same, with a minimum of 24 pcs per design.
Do you sign an NDA? Yes, we're happy to sign an NDA before you share your designs.
